Welcome to X-Installer ("the App", "we", or "Service"). By using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use the app.
2. Service Description
X-Installer is an Android app installer supporting: Installing APK, XAPK, APKS, APKM, ZIP packages; Scanning device for installable packages; Managing installation process; Providing installation status feedback.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to only install legally obtained apps, comply with all applicable laws, and respect software copyrights and intellectual property. You must not use the app for illegal activities, install pirated or cracked apps, or distribute malware. Installing third-party apps carries risks — you are fully responsible for installed apps.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights to X-Installer belong to the development team, including source code, design, trademarks, and documentation. This app is open source under MIT License. You may use, copy, modify source code, distribute modified versions, and use for commercial purposes, but must retain copyright notices, include license copy, and state modifications made.
5. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation. We are not responsible for third-party apps you install, their functionality, content, security, or any damage they cause. We are not responsible for data loss during installation, device damage, system instability, or app conflicts.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability does not exceed amounts you paid to use the app (if applicable). Some jurisdictions don't allow liability limitations, so these may not apply to you.
7. Advertising
This app contains Google AdMob ads including banner ads, interstitial ads, and native ads. We are not responsible for ad content, which is provided by and controlled by third-party advertisers. We don't endorse advertised products or services. You may remove ads through in-app purchase if available.

9. Termination
You may at any time stop using the app, uninstall the app, or delete your data. We reserve the right to modify or terminate service at any time, refuse service to anyone, or remove content violating terms.
