Welcome to X-Installer ("the App" or "we"). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.
2. Information Collection
2.1 Information We DO NOT Collect
- Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
- Location information
- Contact lists
- SMS or call logs
- Photos or media files (unless you explicitly select package files)
2.2 Information We Collect
- Device Information: Device model, OS version (for compatibility)
- App Usage Data: Crash reports, performance data (to improve the app)
- Advertising Data: Collected through Google AdMob (see Section 4)
3. Permission Usage
3.1 Storage Permission
Purpose: Read package files you select (APK, XAPK, APKS, APKM). Scope: Only access files you explicitly select through file picker. Technology: Uses Android Storage Access Framework (SAF). Data Processing: Files processed locally, not uploaded to servers.
3.2 Install Permission
Purpose: Install applications you select. Scope: Only used for installation functionality. Technology: Uses official Android PackageInstaller API.
3.3 Network Permission
Purpose: Display ads, check for updates. Scope: Only for necessary network communication.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
This app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect: Advertising ID (for personalized ads), Device Information (device model, OS version), IP Address (for geolocation), and Ad Interactions (clicks, impressions, conversion data). Ad types include banner ads (displayed at bottom of app), interstitial ads (shown before installation), and native ads (integrated in app interface). You can opt-out of personalized ads via Android Settings → Google → Ads → Enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization".
5. Data Storage and Security
Temporary files are stored in the app cache directory and automatically deleted after installation. No personal information is stored. We use HTTPS encryption for network communication and follow Android security best practices.
6. Data Sharing
We DO NOT sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except: when required by law, to protect our rights, or with your explicit consent.
7. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you discover we have collected children's information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.
8. Your Rights
Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to: Access (request access to data we collect), Deletion (request deletion of your data), Correction (request correction of inaccurate data), Object (object to data processing), and Portability (request a copy of your data).
9. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to servers outside your country/region. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
11. Privacy Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When updated, we will notify you in the app, update the "Last Updated" date, and obtain your consent for material changes.
